Job Title: Procurement Manager

Location: Evercreech, BA4 6LQ

Hours: 37.5 per week with a range of flexible working options

Salary: £50,000 per annum, plus performance-based bonus

Eurilait is the UK subsidiary of two renowned French companies, Laita & Eurial. We import high-quality dairy products from across Europe, which we add value to at our site in Evercreech, for distribution to UK retailers, wholesalers, food service providers and industrial customers.

We're looking for a commercially astute Procurement Manager to lead on cost optimisation, while strengthening supplier relationships and developing new sourcing opportunities to support future growth and resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cost management activity, analysing spend and delivering sustainable savings.
• Negotiate supplier contracts that protect quality, value and continuity of supply.
• Build strong supplier partnerships through structured reviews and performance tracking.
• Identify and develop new product, site and supplier opportunities to diversify the supply base, i

n response to consumer and category growth opportunities.
- Collaborate across Commercial, Operations, Technical and Finance to align procurement with business needs.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sustainability and ethical sourcing standards.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven procurement experience in grocery or food manufacturing.
• Strong negotiation, cost management and supplier relationship skills.
• Data-driven approach with sound commercial judgement.
• Confident communicator and collaborator.
• Knowledge of food safety and responsible sourcing.
• Willingness to travel within the UK and Europe.
