Compensation: £30,000 - £40,000 / year

As a Communications & Engagement Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating and delivering a professional and engaging programme of digital communications. You will also be leading on a variety of initiatives and events to enhance employee engagement, promote our brand values, and ensure clear, consistent communication across the business.

This role is based in our head office at London Heathrow.

Your main responsibilities on a day to day basis will be:-
  • Develop and deliver engaging digital communications content that meets the needs of our frontline employees and improves our overall employee engagement. 
  • Develop departmental communication strategies and action plans, targeted to relevant audiences, which support business objectives and deliver results. 
  • Create and deliver a schedule of internal events to engage employees and support Diversity and Inclusion campaigns. 
  • Build relationships and co-ordinate with employees at all levels throughout the UK to produce high quality communication collateral. 
  • Develop and lead on all branding in the app to ensure a high-quality image across all areas. 
  • Create professional internal promotional video material. 
  • System administration including uploading of all communications to correct audiences.
  • Regular reporting on key metrics to demonstrate activity levels across the employee app. 

To be successful in this role you will need:-
  • Proven experience in creating and designing professional and digital communications content. 
  • Experience developing and managing communication and engagement strategies.
  • To be proficient in Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud. 
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills. 
  • Idea generator who takes the initiative. 
  • Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • Strong project management skills. 
  • Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload accordingly.
