About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and detail-focused Data Configuration Assistant to join our systems integration team. This role involves setting up data structures, inputting information, and creating dashboards that help visualise Building system performance across multiple sites.

You'll be working from a central computer interface to review site information, organise it into structured containers, and link data points so they can be displayed clearly in charts and dashboards. No programming is required — just an organised approach, strong attention to detail, and confidence working with digital systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and assess site data through the system interface.
  • Create structured containers or folders for different site elements (e.g., Air Handling Units, Sensors, Electrical, Water and Energy Meters, etc.).
  • Input and map data points into the correct containers.
  • Set up dashboards and charts to visualise system data.
  • Check data accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate with the wider integration team to ensure projects are completed on time and to standard.

Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • Confident using computers and digital systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when entering data.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to follow clear processes and instructions.
  • Comfortable managing repetitive but precise tasks.

Desirable:

  • Experience with data entry, dashboards, or system configuration.
  • Basic understanding of how building or automation systems work (not essential — full training provided).
