Role Summary
We are seeking a proactive Business Analyst to support enterprise systems across Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Service, HR, and Finance. This role combines strategic insight with hands-on execution, driving improvements across business processes and system functionality.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with IT Application Managers to deliver business requirements and enhancements
- Engage with users to identify and implement system/process improvements
- Conduct interviews and gather detailed business and technical requirements
- Analyze data to support decision-making and identify trends
- Lead projects including process mapping, test planning, and execution
- Ensure compliance with IT documentation and training standards
- Develop reports for ERP, CRM, and BI systems
- Assist in data modeling and database design
- Provide Tier 2 and 3 application support and user training
- Promote effective use of enterprise technology across departments
- Uphold company values and ethical standards
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum 5 years in business analysis, project management, or related roles
- At least 3 years' experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), ideally custom-built
- Experience with D365 Finance & Operations and CRM strongly preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Pay: £51,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
