Real Estate Senior Associate – Birmingham- International Law Firm

Commercial Property | Corporate Occupiers | 2 Days in Office | 5+ PQE

£75,000 – £86,000 + Uncapped Bonus | International Firm | Birmingham City Centre

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Associate looking to step up into a senior role, or for an established Senior Associate seeking to join a leading international law firm.

You'll be part of a highly regarded Real Estate team, working closely with an experienced Partner on high-value transactions exceeding £100 million. The team acts for a diverse portfolio of UK and international clients, including household names such as global sports brands, major international coffee chains, and well-known UK businesses.

The Role

  • Manage a varied caseload and provide expert advice on acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and asset management.
  • Support the Real Estate team in driving continuous growth and improvement across the department.
  • Work closely with clients to provide practical, clear, and commercially focused legal advice, ensuring their objectives are achieved.
  • Manage files independently while contributing to wider team projects and initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues through a confident, personable, and collaborative approach.

Salary

£75,000 – £90,000 + Uncapped Bonus
