We are currently working with a leading international law firm who are looking for a Solicitor to join their growing Real Estate department. With offices across the globe, the firm is known for delivering innovative, high-quality legal advice to a diverse client base.

The Opportunity

This opportunity sits within the firm's highly regarded Real Estate Litigation team, which advises on a wide range of property-related disputes and contentious asset management issues. The team acts for major property owners, investors, developers, occupiers, and management companies, often handling complex, high-value matters involving landmark developments and nationwide portfolios.

You will have the opportunity to work on both domestic and international mandates, developing your skills across a broad range of contentious real estate issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing your own caseload under the supervision and guidance of senior lawyers
  • Advising clients on all aspects of real estate disputes and contentious portfolio management
  • Building and maintaining close client relationships through direct contact and regular communication
  • Assisting with business development, marketing, and client engagement initiatives
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across practice areas and jurisdictions

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor with 0–2 years' PQE, ideally with experience in property litigation
  • Strong academic background and excellent technical skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organisation, and client service focus
  • A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commercial awareness and an interest in the real estate sector
  • Proactive, adaptable, and motivated to develop your professional and commercial expertise
