Duties

  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, demonstrating strong upselling skills to enhance the dining experience.
  • Assist in the kitchen as needed, supporting food preparation and ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
  • Manage payments and handle cash transactions with basic maths skills to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining tables and service stations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns promptly.
  • Exhibit excellent time management skills to balance multiple tasks during busy periods while maintaining high-quality service.
  • Provide assistance to guests throughout their visit, ensuring their needs are met and they have an enjoyable experience.
  • Serving beers , and have knowledge in the cellar

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant Required
  • Strong guest services skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Basic culinary knowledge is advantageous, along with an understanding of food safety practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A proactive attitude towards helping others and resolving issues that may arise during service.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • CPL training Preferred , but we can also put your onto the courses .
  • Cellar training for me than 1 Year
