- **Responsibilities**:_
- Provide exceptional customer service to bar patrons
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of beverages and supplies
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the bar
- Assist in setting up and closing down the bar area
- **Skills**:_
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
- Strong hospitality skills to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for customers
- Knowledge of food safety regulations to ensure proper handling of food and beverages
- Bartending experience, including knowledge of various drink recipes and mixing techniques
- Ability to work well in a team environment, assisting other staff members as needed
- Familiarity with restaurant operations, including taking orders and processing payments

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £1.00-£2.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 20 per week
