What You'll Be Doing

As a Sales & Leadership Trainee, you'll be working closely with our experienced team to learn the ins and outs of direct customer acquisition. Your journey will begin with mastering the core sales process—communicating clearly, understanding customer needs, and building trust through conversation. From there, you'll develop into a leadership role through performance, not seniority.

Key responsibilities include:

Engaging directly with customers, introducing tailored solutions and representing trusted brands.

Working towards personal goals, learning how to improve performance and maximise results.

Participating in structured coaching, gaining insight from leaders who have grown through the same pathway.

Developing your leadership skills, supporting new team members and learning how to manage performance.

Preparing for management, with progression based on results, initiative, and growth mindset.
