New Build Mortgage Key Account Manager

The Role
As New Build Mortgage Key Account Manager you'll:
- Lead, mentor and inspire a team of new-build specialists to exceed targets.
- Maintain and forge strong partnerships with developers, housebuilders and key stakeholders.
- Identify emerging opportunities in the new-build sector and drive initiatives to capture them.
- Monitor performance metrics and deliver actionable insights.
- Conduct regular training to keep the team ahead of market trends.
- Manage forecasting, budgeting and pipeline planning with precision.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a sales manager or similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics, processes and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to lead, coach and inspire a high-performing team.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in the new build mortgage industry is essential.
- CeMAP not required but in-depth mortgage industry knowledge required.

- Basic salary £50,000.
- Realistic OTE £75,000 - uncapped.
