At the heart of Scotland's live entertainment scene lies the Scottish Event Campus (SEC) - home to the world-renowned OVO Hydro, SEC Armadillo, and SEC Centre. Welcoming over 1.1 million guests annually, the SEC is one of Europe's most prestigious venues where unforgettable moments come alive every day.

Levy UK - the vibrant and exciting sector of Compass Group, the world's largest catering company - is seeking a forward-thinking Venue Director to lead and innovate the food and beverage experience at this iconic venue.

At Levy UK + Ireland, we don't just serve food - we deliver legendary experiences. We work at some of the greatest venues in the world, including Wimbledon, Twickenham, Tottenham Hotspur, Principality Stadium, ExCel London, and, of course, the SEC.

About the Role:

As Venue Director, you'll shape and deliver a cutting-edge food and drinks strategy that matches the prestige and ambition of the SEC. You'll lead a large, dynamic team to deliver premium, exciting, and first-class hospitality experiences that set the standard for world-class venues.

This high-profile role demands a forward-thinking, quality-driven leader passionate about innovation, operational excellence, and building a team culture that thrives on growth and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and delivery of the venue's operational and catering strategy, continually evolving the guest experience.
  • Build strong partnerships with senior stakeholders and Levy leadership to drive venue success.
  • Inspire and develop a high-energy team committed to delivering exceptional food, hospitality, and legendary experiences.
  • Use data and insights to optimise financial performance, operational efficiency, and business growth.
  • Champion innovation in food, beverage, and technology, keeping the SEC at the forefront of the hospitality industry.
