InBond, a market leader in the provision of premium customer driven logistic solutions, are seeking a Partnership Engagement Co-Ordinator professional to support the growth of the business by attracting new business connections and opportunities.

This role will focus on business development and growth, with a partnership engagement approach to create new business opportunities. Along with showcasing and increase InBond's brand awareness, via social media marketing campaigns across a number of approved platforms.

Working up to 35 hours per week in an office and field based environment, with a flexible approach to working hours.

Main responsibilities and duties:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted campaigns and relationship building.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships and prospective clients.
  • Represent the company at external networking and expo events to promote our services.
  • Maintain a CRM system for the tracking of new business/ lead progression.
  • To actively support the promotion and evolution of the InBond brand.
  • Social Media Management including content creation.
  • Tracking and reporting campaign results.
  • To effectively and successfully carry out the Development Plan
  • To generate marketing, connections and opportunities ideas supported with documented proposals.
  • To prepare weekly/monthly activity summary reports.

We are looking for an ambitious, self-motivated individual who has excellent interpersonal communication and networking skills. The right candidate will be:-

  • Proactive and results driven.
  • Have a natural appetite to engage.
  • A track record of successfully driving business growth.
  • Ability to work independently while remaining a collaborative team player.
  • Flexible with working hours, potentially attending some after-hours events.
  • Must have a full UK clean driving licence and own car.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience within a Business Development function.

This is a full-time position; however, part-time arrangements may be considered for the right candidate.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £33,000.00 per year
