Title and Summary
Specialist, Product OperationsOverviewThe Card Fulfilment team operates within the Product Operations function of Mastercard Prepaid Management Services for the global production and distribution of Prepaid Cards.
The successful candidate must be able to analyse data, generate reports and communicate with stakeholders to develop effective relationships to achieve business objectives for new projects and deliver tasks associated to 'business as usual' operations.
Role
• Supply and Client relationship management for continuous improvement
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate to improve efficiencies
• Analyse, interpret data to demonstrate an efficient stocking model
• Provide support for a new project launch and strategic initiatives
• Weekly tasks associated to the reconciliation of global inventory
• Provide efficient and effective communication to drive process improvements
• Coordinate effective and efficient card distribution models
• Ensure robust global stock management reconciliation processes to avoid a low stock
• Team collaboration for continuity of supply
• Manage Vendors according to contract service levels and monitor KPIs
• Identify process improvements, collaborate with stakeholders for implementation

The ideal candidate for this position should:
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal at all levels and with global teams
• Knowledge of tasks associated to a supply chain function preferred
• Excellent analytical skills
• Advanced level of excel
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, able to work with changing priorities and to deliver against tight deadlines, whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Organised approach and excellent time management skills
• Team player with the confidence to take the lead for continuous improvement
• Ability to build and maintain effective relations relationships both internally Team collaboration and externally
