Synergy Dental Group is a multi-award-winning chain of dental practices currently looking for a talented and passionate Receptionist to join our Blackburn team.

The Role:

Ensuring a smooth patient experience by running the day-to-day activities of the front desk including but not limited to the following;

  • Maintaining great relations with parents and patients
  • Managing dentist diaries effectively
  • Answering the phones
  • Taking payments
  • Cashing up
  • Maintaining cleanliness,
  • Acquiring patient reviews
  • Completing recalls & incomplete treatments
  • Working alongside the nursing team by communicating clearly and effectively
  • Adhering to all practice policies

Experience/skills required:

  • Understanding of NHS dentistry
  • IT proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
  • Ability to work under pressure

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £12.21-£13.75 per hour
