We Want To Hear From You
We are seeking a skilled Facilitator to join our Win Work Excellence Group, supporting the Capture Lead and Capture Managers in delivering best-in-class pursuit strategies. The Facilitator will play a pivotal role in enabling the effective use of our investment in methodologies and tools, ensuring workshops and meetings deliver maximum value. You will be responsible for facilitating a range of different workshops and meetings including: Capture Planning and Blue Sheet sessions, Customer Value Proposition (CVP) workshops, and SPIN planning meetings, helping teams to unlock insights, drive collaboration, and develop winning strategies.

Your Role

  • Facilitate Capture Planning and Blue Sheet workshops, CVP sessions, and SPIN planning meetings for major pursuits, ensuring consistent application of best practice methodologies.
  • Collaborate closely with Capture Leads and Managers to plan, deliver, and document workshops and meetings, supporting the development of differentiated value propositions.
  • Guide teams through structured processes to identify client needs, competitive positioning, and win themes, ensuring outputs are actionable and aligned with pursuit strategy.
  • Support the upskilling of business unit win work teams and technical practices in the use of capture management tools and methodologies.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of AtkinsRéalis capabilities, solutions, and competitive landscape to inform workshop facilitation.
  • Capture and share lessons learned, continuously improving facilitation approaches and workshop effectiveness.
  • Work with Learning & Talent Development to create and deliver training materials that enhance workshop delivery and methodology adoption.
  • Support seamless handover of workshop outputs to Proposal Leads for integration into written proposals.
  • Champion a collaborative, inclusive, and engaging environment in all workshops and meetings.

About You
The ideal candidate will bring experience in workshop facilitation, business development methodologies, and collaborative working in large corporate environments. Skills and experience should include:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification (relevant certifications in facilitation, business development, or proposal management desirable).
  • Experience in facilitating workshops and meetings using structured business development methodologies (e.g., Blue Sheets, CVP, SPIN).
  • Strong understanding of engineering, construction, or professional services sectors.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable outputs.
  • Well-developed emotional intelligence and adaptability to flex facilitation style to suit different teams and contexts.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
