Thanks to an ever-increasing workload, we are recruiting for an Office Manager to work alongside our existing office staff within a friendly and supportive environment.
What Will Your Job Role Involve?
- General office administrative duties such as answering incoming phone calls and responding to emails
- Preparing paperwork for installations
- Registering work with FENSA and producing O & M files
- Checking delivery notes and invoices
- Maintain/update office files and records
- Schedule appointments, meetings and events
- Liaise with new and existing customers, following up on quotations sent out
- Manage our various social media platforms
- Update and maintain training records
- Managing annual leave requests
What Are We Looking For?
- An adaptable and punctual individual who possesses a willingness to learn and progress
- A hands-on, hard worker who possesses good phone etiquette and computer literacy
- Excellent organisational skills
- Experience within an office environment and/or the construction industry is preferred but not essential
- Driving licence preferred but not essential
What Can We Offer You?
- Highly competitive hourly rate of £13 - £14.50 (dependent on experience)
- Helpful and supportive environment to enable further training and/or progression
- Working hours to be agreed, can work around school times if required.
