Overview

As Ying De Group expands its services to meet the growing need for Sino-UK business connectivity, our brand presence and market message must scale in parallel. We are actively recruiting an exceptional Marketing Manager to lead this essential effort.

This position is vital to our mission, requiring a strategic marketer with an international capacity and global mindset to elevate our brand and generate high-quality leads across diverse cultural landscapes. You will be responsible for ensuring our unique value proposition resonates with both UK businesses and Chinese enterprises.

Location: Hybrid (Remote & UK Office)

Salary: £51,000 per annum

Working Hours: 7 hours per day, Monday to Friday

Your Role in Elevating Our International Brand

  • Global Campaign Strategy: Design, implement, and manage integrated marketing campaigns tailored for both UK and Chinese audiences (digital, content, events).
  • Cross-Cultural Communication: Ensure all marketing collateral, from website copy to white papers, is culturally relevant and compelling to our international target markets.
  • Lead Generation: Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to drive high-quality lead generation and client acquisition pipelines.
  • Brand Stewardship: Strengthen the Ying De Group brand as the leading authority in Sino-UK business consultancy.

We Are Looking For a Candidate Who Has:

  • Marketing Expertise: Proven success in a Marketing Manager role, ideally within a B2B or international consultancy environment.
  • International Capacity: Direct experience marketing to both Western (UK/Europe) and Chinese markets, understanding key differences in communication and media platforms.
  • Cultural Fluency: A deep appreciation for cross-cultural communication nuances and the ability to translate complex business ideas into universally engaging content.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £50,999.00-£51,000.00 per year
