We are seeking a versatile and meticulous Property Operations Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a dual-threat talent: someone who deeply understands the UK lettings market and compliance, while possessing the creative flair to manage our social media channels and drive client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Property Management & Lettings:
  • Manage the full tenancy lifecycle: including marketing properties, tenant referencing, drafting AST contracts, arranging Check-ins/Check-outs, and deposit protection.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for tenants and landlords, resolving day-to-day issues such as maintenance coordination, council tax exemptions, and utility bill management.
  • Ensure all properties remain compliant with UK regulations (HMO licensing, Right to Rent checks, EPC/Gas Safety certificates).
  • Social Media & Content Operations:
  • Manage and grow our company presence on social media platforms (specifically Little Red Book/Xiaohongshu and WeChat).
  • Create engaging content (articles/videos) regarding UK living and property market trends to attract potential leads.
  • Respond to online enquiries promptly and convert social media traffic into lettings clients.
