Main responsibilities:
- Research law firms in the Greater China Region to identify key decision makers and relevant contacts
- Reconnect with existing leads and prospects who have been unresponsive or hard to reach
- Conduct outreach via email, WeChat, and phone to introduce Chambers' offerings and qualify interest
- Find innovative and effective ways to engage decision makers, re-establish communication, and build interest in Chambers' products
- Book and coordinate meetings between prospects and the Account Managers, providing clear context and call notes
- Maintain accurate records of all outreach and client information in Salesforce

The successful candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. As the role requires working across multiple jurisdictions, with multiple stakeholders and frequent deadlines, excellent organisational and time-management skills are a must.
You will work flexibly: in our Fleet Street office together with the rest of the Sales team on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and normally from home the rest of the week.
Skills and experience:
- Previous experience in a client-facing, business development or telesales role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, confident in approaching new contacts
- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- Self-motivated, with a strong sense of accountability and persistence in follow-ups
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (Cantonese a plus)
Person Specification:
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to forge meaningful relationships
- Empathetic, active listener
- Work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a high-pressure environment
- "No Limits" mindset
