About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Integration Developerto join our technical team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in Microsoft-based software development and a passion for designing and delivering high-quality, secure, and scalable integration solutions. You'll be working on integration projects primarily supporting Point of Sale (POS) environments within the F&B for the Hotel / Hospitality industry, maintaining secure and efficient interfaces between diverse systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop software solutions using Microsoft Visual Studio / C# / .NET.
  • Design and build Windows services for backend integrations.
  • Develop and maintain web applications and services targeting Microsoft IIS.
  • Collaborate on software solutions using network programming techniques (e.g. sockets, TCP-level integrations).
  • Implement secure coding practices aligned with industry standards.
  • Contribute to architecture discussions ensuring systems remain stateless where possible.
  • Develop solutions that maintain systems out of PCI DSS scope, with an understanding of compliance requirements.
  • Support projects involving credit card processing systems, focusing on cardholder present transaction scenarios.
  • Work with POS systems,
  • Engage with PMS and TMS systems, understanding principles of integration with POS platforms.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in software development using Microsoft Visual Studio, C#, and .NET.
  • 5 years of integration experience
  • Hands-on experience developing Windows Services.
  • Solid background in web application/service development on Microsoft IIS.
  • Practical knowledge of network programming and common web service architectures (XML, JSON).
  • Understanding of secure software development standards and practices.
  • Awareness of PCI DSS principles, with the focus on maintaining systems outside PCI scope.
  • General understanding of the credit card industry, including transaction types and workflows.

Desirable (Nice to Have)

  • Knowledge of POS Systems
  • Knowledge/experience with MS SQL (considered a plus, but not essential).
  • General understanding of PMS (Property Management Systems) and TMS (Table Management Systems) and their integrations with POS solutions.
