What will your story with us look like?
As Manager of the PMI team, you will lead integration projects for newly acquired companies across Europe. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to design and execute integration and value creation plans, ensuring that acquisitions deliver on strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead integration projects for acquisitions across multiple European countries.
- Lead a team of integration project managers to help deliver PMI objectives & value creation plans.
- Develop and implement integration plans focused on operational alignment and value creation.
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders including finance, M&A, HR, IT, operations, and local leadership teams.
- Monitor progress and report outcomes to executive management, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
- Identify and resolve challenges creatively, ensuring smooth transitions and cultural alignment.

What makes you unique?
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in project management, consulting, or integration roles.
- Skills: Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to manage diverse stakeholders.
- Financial acumen to assess and track value creation.
- Creative problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel regularly across Europe. Language:
- Proficiency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
