Overview
Are you driven by the pulse of creativity and the desire to craft stories that move? PG ONE is seeking an exceptional Senior Motion Designer who can transform strategic concepts into striking visual narratives across Procter & Gamble's diverse range of brands. This role offers the unique opportunity to influence the visual language of household brands, pushing boundaries and defining trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead motion graphics projects from initial concept through final delivery, ensuring exceptional quality and on-time completion
• Collaborate with creative directors and art directors to develop innovative motion design solutions that exceed client expectations
• Create storyboards, style frames, and animatics to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and internal teams
• Design and animate 2D/3D graphics for a variety of different channels including, digital, social and film
• Mentor junior members of the team, providing constructive feedback and fostering their professional growth
• Establish and maintain motion design standards, workflows, and best practices across the studio
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines

Qualifications

• Expert proficiency in After Effects, Cinema 4D, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse motion design styles and technical capabilities
• Proven experience leading projects and mentoring junior team members
• Excellence in typography, composition, color theory, and visual storytelling
• Experience with 3D animation and rendering workflows
• Strong understanding of video compression, formatting, and delivery specifications
