In the role of Motion Designer, you will be responsible for designing and animating marketing materials such as video ads, social media graphics, and other promotional content.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with marketing team to conceptualise and create motion graphics for a variety of marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Design and animate marketing materials using software such as Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure all motion design work aligns with brand guidelines and meets project objectives
  • Participate in creative brainstorms and contribute ideas to marketing campaigns and materials
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, and identify opportunities to incorporate new technologies and techniques

Experience:

  • 4+ years of motion design or related
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design and animation skills
  • Previous experience within gaming or web3 a big plus
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadline
  • Self-starter with passion for marketing and desire to learn and grow

Block Games is a rapidly growing independent mobile game publishing studio, creating player-owned games via blockchain technology.  We are privately funded and are currently in the process of closing Seed funding from leading investors within the gaming industry.

Our first title, Shatterpoint, is a free-to-play, action multiplayer RPG, where players choose their Hero and enter PvE mode before taking on other players in PvP's seasonal tournaments, clan battles and other special events.
