As a Senior Product Designer, you will be a
foundational member
of the Efekta Design Studio, driving the visual language and interaction model for our core learning platforms across mobile and web. Your expertise will bridge pedagogy, visual craft, and technology to bring learning to life through elegant, emotive, and accessible designs and content.

- Design and ship emotionally impactful digital learning experiences on web and mobile, maintaining the highest standards of accessibility and visual fidelity.
- Prototype and test sophisticated interactions and motion storytelling to enhance usability and delight.
- Produce polished visual assets, motion studies, and creative content that drive product decisions and inform high-level marketing collaborations.
Strategy & Collaboration

deep specialization
in visual craft, brand execution, & motion.

- The Relentless Learner: You're a relentless advocate for the learner, always starting with the 'Why?' and driven by a mission to define the next generation of education.
- The Systems Thinker: You thrive in both high-level vision setting and pixel-perfect execution, capable of balancing expansive imagination with the precision required to build scalable design systems.
- The Tool Power User: You leverage expert-level proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite, actively leveraging generative AI tools to accelerate creative output.
- The Collaborative Force: You are organized, articulate, and communicative, seeking out close, cross-functional partnerships to deliver high-impact user experiences.
Necessary Foundation (Role Requirements)
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience designing and shipping digital products, apps, and content experiences at scale.
- Expertise: Expert-level proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite, with a mastery of visual and motion design.
- Systems: Proven history of creating, maintaining, and scaling design systems and visual languages.
- Portfolio: A strong, articulate portfolio demonstrating a range of product strategy, visual identity, character design, and motion storytelling work.
- Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the UK.
