Job Title: Area Sales Manager (South West)
Salary: £45,000 + monthly bonus potential (25–35%) — OTE £56,250 – £60,750
Hours: 39 hours per week | Monday–Friday
Job Purpose: As our Area Sales Manager, you'll be the face of Deanta in the South West- winning new business, expanding accounts, and helping us deliver consistent growth. Grow our customer base, strengthen key relationships, and bring fresh energy to our South West sales team.
What You'll Do:
· Drive B2B sales of our premium interior doors and accessories
· Develop strong partnerships with independent merchants and specialist retailers
· Manage and grow accounts while identifying new business opportunities
· Understand local market trends to create leads and customer solutions
· Collaborate with our internal support and marketing teams to maximise sales impact
· Organise your own diary to build strong, long-lasting client relationships
· Handle daily order values from £2k – £60k with confidence
What You'll Bring:
· Proven track record in field-based B2B sales (ideally selling to builder merchants)
· Ability to nurture and expand long-term client relationships
· A strong hunter mentality for generating new business
· Sales-focused and commercially sharp
· Excellent communicator, negotiator, and relationship-builder
