Are you a sales professional with experience selling
complex SaaS or RegTech solutions
to financial institutions? We're looking for a
Sales Executive
to join a fast-growing firm providing
risk and regulatory technology solutions
to banks and other regulated institutions across the UK and EMEA.
What You'll Do
- Drive
new business and revenue growth
across banks and financial institutions. - Manage the
full sales cycle
, from prospecting and discovery through to negotiation and close. - Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in
risk, compliance, and operations teams
. - Understand client challenges around
regulatory reporting, risk management, and operational efficiency
, and position solutions to meet those needs. - Work with marketing, product, and implementation teams to ensure clients are onboarded successfully and achieve value.
- Identify opportunities to expand within existing clients and support
strategic upsell conversations
.
What You Bring
- 5+ years' experience selling
SaaS, risk, or regulatory technology solutions
to banks or financial institutions. - Strong understanding of
regulatory frameworks, risk analytics, and compliance workflows
. - Proven track record in
enterprise sales
and consultative selling. - Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage a pipeline independently.
- London-based with flexibility for hybrid work and occasional travel.
