The team:
You will be joining an Account Executive team of 4 people working directly with our SDR, Customer success, Marketing and teams. Our sales team is responsible for working closely with our customers as a trusted advisor to deeply understand their challenges and goals and articulate the value of Risk Ledger.

This role:
Your focus will be on generating new business from mid-market and enterprise accounts in the UK across financial services. You will take full ownership of the entire sales cycle for clients, from discovery calls all the way to closing. You will be comfortable engaging in business-level and technical conversations at multiple levels of the organisation including the C-Suite and functional leaders. You will be expected to have an in-depth understanding of the buyer journey and can lead a complex, multi-stakeholder sale in a highly consultative manner, understanding the prospect's challenges and how Risk Ledger can be a critical contributor to their success.

In the role you will:

  • Take ownership of the community GTM strategy for FS.
  • Take full ownership of the sales cycle and lead all aspects of deal execution, including managing POCs, value workshops, and negotiation.
  • Work closely with your customers as a trusted advisor to deeply understand their challenges and goals.
  • Educate customers on our value proposition through tailored demonstrations and presentations.
  • Build relationships with senior executives and decision makers across your accounts.
  • Become a subject matter expert, representing Risk Ledger at industry events within your target industries.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the sales team to continue the development of our playbook and processes.

What we are looking for someone with:

  • Extensive experience in an Account Exec role, ideally within cyber security or B2B technology sales selling to FS.
  • A track record of selling into multiple stakeholders within enterprise and mid-market accounts.
  • Experience working across complex sales cycles spanning multiple business units.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate Risk Ledger's value proposition to key stakeholders.
  • A natural ability to interact with people and uncover ways to help them achieve their goals.
  • A proven ability to lead complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements.
  • An enthusiastic 'roll up your sleeves' mentality.
  • A strong interest in technology and the inclination and aptitude to continuously learn new things.

Commission:
Double OTE - Uncapped
