As a Senior Regional Operations Manager, you'll lead this mission, driving operational excellence, supporting teams across multiple cities, and turning strategy into action to deliver exceptional results for our clients and couriers alike.
About The Role
We're looking for a Senior Regional Manager based in our London office to join the UK Operations team. Reporting to the UK Regional Manager Lead, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence across multiple cities, combining
data-driven analysis, project management,
and
strategic execution
to deliver world-class service for our clients.
You will act as a central operator and thought partner across teams, pinpointing improvement opportunities, designing scalable solutions, and ensuring meticulous delivery. This role requires
strong analytical and communication skills
, the ability to
manage multiple priorities
in a fast-paced environment, and
confidence in presenting insights and recommendations
to senior stakeholders.
Our hybrid working model entails
3 days a week
(Monday, Tuesday and Thursday) working in our office located at King's Cross Station.
What will I be doing?
- Lead the daily operations for our on-demand clients across a portfolio of cities, ensuring service quality and client satisfaction
- Own operational and financial performance, making data-led decisions to align supply and demand efficiently
- Use SQL, spreadsheets, and BI tools (e.g. Superset, Power BI, or similar) to extract insights, identify trends, and drive actionable improvements
- Plan, scope, and execute medium-to high-complexity projects, ensuring timely delivery, clear communication, and measurable business impact
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Analytics, Commercial, and Quality teams to optimise courier availability, onboarding, and delivery experience
- Partner with the Commercial team to support and manage new store rollouts and client launches, from scoping through to execution
- Create and present impactful decks and reports to communicate findings, align stakeholders, and influence operational strategy
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of learning, ownership, and continuous improvement
- Proactively identify process gaps, advocate for scalable, strategic solutions, and contribute to the mid-to long-term operational roadmap
