Behaviour and Pastoral Assistant – Glenleigh Park Primary Academy
We are looking for a talented individual to join our established behaviour and pastoral team. We believe in supporting every child to achieve their full potential and are looking for someone with the skills to add to our committed staff team.
We are looking for a full time behavioural and pastoral assistant who will;

•    Support individual pupils in achieving specific and carefully planned targets

•    Support our Safeguarding and Welfare lead and SENCo in meeting the needs of pupils who are vulnerable or have special educational needs through observations, planning support, leading emotional based literacy activities, working in our internal alternative provision and supporting with admin as required

•    Liaise effectively with parents and external agencies to ensure that provision is well matched to the individual needs of pupils

•    Commit to their own professional development and engage with a wide range of professional development opportunities
