Are you a **resilient, enthusiastic, and compassionate**individual with a passion for supporting children with additional needs? We are currently recruiting for a **full-time Teaching Assistant**to join a fantastic **SEND school in Bexhill**, supporting pupils across **primary and secondary**age groups.

**About the Role**:

- Supporting students with **SEND (including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, SLD, and complex needs)**
- Assisting teachers with lesson delivery, classroom management, and adapting learning materials
- Providing **1:1 and small group support**both in and out of class
- Supporting students with **personal care**and helping to develop life skills (training provided)
- Encouraging **independence, emotional regulation**, and positive behaviour
- Working closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to ensure pupils thrive
