Brand and Partnerships Manager

How often do you get the opportunity to design a brand of the future?

In this unique role, you will be responsible for researching the skincare ingredients industry, assessing the competition, coming up with a brand vision and strategy and executing it for the UK industry.

An eye for design and brilliant positioning, you will be the strategic mastermind whose vision will capture the imaginations of clients and consumers alike

You will need to develop the brand strategy in line with market expectations having researched prior to launch and identified key partners to form relationships with. Talking to potential clients who will form a key role in the consumer marketing approach, is important too as you will be executing the roll out both here in the UK and in European markets as the business grows.

You will be working closely with the CEO and independently as their first hire outside of their HQ. As such you will need to:

  • Be strategic in your approach
  • Be an excellent time and project manager
  • Have an eye for beautiful, pleasing aesthetics
  • Work well under your own steam
  • Communicate with stakeholders, consultants and agencies
  • Represent the brand when required in the region
