The Role

  • Adhere to safeguarding policies and procedures at all times, following the DfE ('Keeping Children Safe in Education, 2025') statutory guidance
  • Confidently lead a classroom, delivering pre-planned engaging lessons in the teacher's absence
  • Manage student behaviour effectively, positively and professionally in line with the school's behaviour policy
  • Adapt quickly to new schools and different subjects
  • Be flexible and reliable, as your weekly schedule may change depending on demand
