About You
Ash Green School are seeking a confident, organised, and adaptable individual with a genuine interest in supporting students' learning and development. You will have excellent communication skills, the ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively, and a calm, professional approach to supervising lessons across a range of subjects.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have

• GCSEs in English and Mathematics at Grade C / Grade 4 or above, or an equivalent level of qualification.
• A sound understanding of the school curriculum, age-related learning expectations, effective teaching strategies, and assessment procedures.
• The ability to implement behaviour management strategies effectively, fostering a purposeful and respectful learning environment.

About The Education Team
At Ash Green School, our Cover Supervisors play a vital role in maintaining high standards of teaching and learning during staff absence. You will be joining a dedicated and collaborative team that works closely with teaching staff, Heads of Department, and support colleagues to ensure continuity of education across the curriculum.
