Job Type: Permanent, Part-time

Days: 4 days per week - 8 hours per day

Overview:

Responsible for all finance and accounts functions in a fast-paced, paper-based office. High-volume document handling and strong organizational skills required.

Key Duties:

  • Manage high volume of account-related matters and daily emails
  • Prepare and process invoices, credits, and expenses
  • Maintain supplier tracker and invoice database
  • Issue and process remittance and statements on a daily basis
  • Input accounts into Sage 50 (sales, purchases, bank reconciliation)
  • Handle payments, VAT returns, CIS spreadsheet, and CITB Levy docs
  • Review debtors/creditors and chase outstanding payments and POs
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors on account queries
  • Assist with payroll (outsourced) and general admin tasks

Skills:

  • Strong accounts/admin background (minimum 2 years' experience)
  • Proficient in Sage 50 and Excel
  • Excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing demands
  • Work experience in Construction industry is advantageous
