Who We're Looking For
You've got 2+ years salon experience, a solid foundation in afro hair care, and hands-on skill that speaks for itself. You bring creativity, consistency, and a real commitment to giving clients an unforgettable salon experience.
You're the kind of stylist who:
- Knows how to keep clients looking amazing and feeling valued
- Communicates clearly and builds long-lasting relationships
- Works well in a team and contributes to a warm, uplifting atmosphere
Your Responsibilities
- Creating beautiful, high-quality styles: braids, weaves, relaxers, treatments & more
- Giving expert advice on hair maintenance and aftercare
- Delivering standout customer service every time
- Upselling products and services in a genuine, client-led way
- Keeping your station clean, organised, and professional
- Meeting targets through strong service turnover, retail sales & rebooking rates
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years salon experience
- Strong understanding of afro hair care and styling techniques
- Excellent communication & customer service skills
- A professional attitude and a collaborative spirit
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From £12.21 per hour
