Senior Stylist with Management Experience – Join the Enhanced By Hair Team

Specialising in Hair Extensions for Afro Hair

Enhanced By Hair is expanding, and we are looking for an experienced, confident Senior Stylist with Management Experience to join our team. This role is ideal for a stylist with strong technical skills, exceptional client care, and the ability to lead, support, and oversee salon operations.

Role Overview:

In this role, you will deliver high-quality Afro Hair and Hair Extension services while overseeing the day-to-day running of the salon. You will act as a leader within the team, ensuring professionalism, smooth operations, and outstanding service at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform advanced hair extension services (weaves, microlinks, tapes, closures/frontals)
  • Provide expert Afro Hair services including silk presses, blow-dries, treatments and styling
  • Complete advanced cornrowing to a professional standard
  • Carry out thorough and confident client consultations
  • Maintain excellent finishing, blending and installation techniques
  • Oversee daily salon operations and ensure smooth appointment flow
  • Manage and support junior stylists/assistants
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships
  • Support with stock management, salon organisation and product sales
  • Assist with content creation, branding and promoting salon services
  • Handle light admin tasks such as booking updates and client communication

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years salon experience
  • Strong technical skills in Afro Hair and Hair Extensions
  • Confident in cutting, styling, blending and finishing
  • Previous experience managing or leading a team
  • Excellent communication and client-care skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage pressure and use initiative
  • Professional, reliable and committed to maintaining salon standards
  • Must provide a portfolio of work (extensions, styling or cutting)
  • Must provide a short cover letter explaining why you're the right fit
