Do you get excited about bringing high-end new products to market and winning high-value international customers? At Lamb Weston, we're introducing an exclusive new premium range — and we're looking for an entrepreneurial International Account Manager to spearhead its commercial success.

You'll be the driving force behind the international rollout of our high-end products; from spotting opportunities to closing deals with leading chains, distributors, and foodservice players. You'll create lasting partnerships and establish Lamb Weston as the reference brand in this category.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market pioneer: Identify, target, and acquire new (international) customers for our premium product line.
  • Strategic selling: Build compelling value propositions and tailor joint business plans to meet customer ambitions.
  • Launch leader: Orchestrate product introductions and promotions in collaboration with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Culinary teams.
  • Trend-spotter: Keep a pulse on culinary trends, competitor launches, and customer needs to refine go-to-market strategies.
  • Relationship builder: Develop trusted, senior-level relationships with decision-makers across multiple countries.
  • Performance driver: Deliver ambitious volume, margin, and distribution targets while maintaining premium positioning.

What You Bring

  • Hunter mentality — thrives on opening doors and closing deals;
  • Result driven, creative and proactive;
  • Proven success in international sales or business development, preferably in premium food or FMCG;
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and storytelling skills;
  • Commercial insight with the ability to translate trends into winning propositions;
  • Culinary experience;
  • Having a network in premium casual venues.

In this role, we are looking for a true commercial talent; someone with a keen eye for opportunities and an unstoppable drive to fuel growth.

Why Join Us

  • Be part of an iconic global brand at the forefront of food innovation.
  • Take ownership of a game-changing product with significant growth potential.
  • Collaborate with a passionate, supportive team across markets and disciplines.
  • Enjoy a competitive package, bonus opportunities, and professional growth in an international environment.

We offer you a challenging job in a dynamic and growing organization in the food industry. We challenge you to grow in the same way as our company, where development is key. We thrive in a culture defined by our values: Integrity, Teamwork, Inclusion, Drive for Results and Empowerment. As we say at Lamb Weston EMEA, when we see a potato, we see opportunities. What opportunities do you see?
