ASD Support Assistant | Hackney | Immediate Start

A high-achieving primary school in Hackney is seeking a compassionate ASD Support Assistant to support students with ASD in a positive, inclusive environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ASD Support Assistant to make a real difference in the lives of students. The successful ASD Support Assistant will work closely with the teaching team to provide tailored support.

Location: Hackney
Start Date: Immediate Start
Salary: £444-£513 per week (PAYE)
Contract: Full-time, Term-time

ASD Support Assistant | Role Overview:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with ASD.
  • Collaborate with teachers and SENDCo to implement tailored strategies.
  • Promote social, communication, and emotional development for students.
  • Foster an inclusive atmosphere where every student feels valued.

The ideal ASD Support Assistant:

  • Patient, empathetic, and proactive in supporting students.
  • Experience with ASD (desirable but not essential).
  • Passionate about helping students achieve their full potential.
