Children Supported: Children with Learning Disabilities & Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

What We're Looking For:
• Qualified Support Workers: Experience working with children with learning disabilities and ASD is essential, and we value those with formal qualifications in Social Care, Children's Services, or similar fields.
• Passionate & Consistent: You'll need a deep passion for working with children and a commitment to providing consistent, empathetic care.
• Skilled & Knowledgeable: A strong understanding of the challenges children with disabilities face, along with knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and trauma-informed approaches.
• A Team Player: We're looking for someone who thrives in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to create the best outcomes for the children.
• Positive & Motivated: A dynamic and enthusiastic individual who is driven by making a difference and providing the very best care for children.
