Support Worker / HCA – £14.00 per hour | Days & Nights Available | London

Are you a dedicated Support Workers or Healthcare Assistant looking for flexible shifts across London this Winter?

At NursLink, we're hiring for two sites in London - Beckton and Caterham. The opportunities are across mental health facilities supporting women with complex needs, and also in residential nursing homes.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide 
    person-centred care
     through structured rehabilitation plans
  • Assist with 
    daily routines
    , personal care, and emotional wellbeing
  • Collaborate closely with clinical teams to ensure 
    high-quality healthcare support

Who We're Looking For

  • Experience in 
    mental health care
    , residential care, or complex care is beneficial but not essential
  • Calm, caring, and empathetic with excellent 
    communication skills
  • Reliable, motivated, and genuinely committed to 
    supporting vulnerable adults
  • Clear 
    DBS check
     on update service
  • Valid 
    mandatory training certificates
    , including safeguarding adults and children
  • Valid 
    PMVA certificate
