- About the role
- Hillingdon's children's homes are expanding, and we're looking for passionate Residential Workers to help shape the future of our growing service.
As a Residential Worker, you'll play a key role in supporting children and young people with complex needs, delivering high-quality care and stepping up for senior staff when required. You are a confident communicator, a collaborative team player, and capable of leading shifts effectively. You understand safeguarding, child development, and the relevant legislative framework. Flexibility is key, you'll be expected to work a rota that includes evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
Join us and be part of an 'Outstanding' team dedicated to delivering exceptional care and better futures for our children and young people.
