We are recruiting Facilities Domestic Assistants for Clydebank Health Centre within the West Gartnavel Sector of NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde Facilities Directorate.

There are 6 posts available and shifts for this post are AM or PM (combination of both shift patterns may be considered)

  • 06:00-09:00 M-F (14.54hrs)
  • 17:30-20:00 M-F (12.24hrs)

As a Facilities Domestic Assistant working in clinical and non-clinical areas, you would have a very important and critical role in making sure that all areas are clean and safe, to enable staff to care for patients. You are expected to carry out routine cleaning which needs to be done on a daily or weekly basis, as well as emergencies such as spills. As part of the role you are likely to have a lot of contact with patients so good communication skills are essential.

You must have a positive, can do attitude and be able to work as part of a very busy team. You must have strong organisational skills and a strong work ethic, and have the ability to fully understand that all tasks are essential and need to be carried out in a safe manner to a very high standard.

Please note the salary is Pro Rata for part time hours.
