Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Electric Drive Unit Test Engineer based in Andover. The Electric Drive Unit Test Engineer will be responsible for setting up and executing tests on electric drive units, analyzing test data, and preparing detailed reports. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop test plans, troubleshoot issues, and ensure that all systems meet performance and durability requirements. Other day-to-day tasks include maintaining test equipment, adhering to safety protocols, and continuously improving testing methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree
  • Intermediate knowledge of Motec controller
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Excellent Customer Service abilities
