We're seeking a Data Analyst – Back Office to play a key role in this transformation. In this position, you will:

  • Analyze and interpret data to support business decisions and process improvements.
  • Collaborate across teams to gather and translate business requirements into digital solutions aligned with standard processes.
  • Drive change management initiatives, helping stakeholders adapt to new systems and ways of working.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, ensuring solutions deliver measurable value to the business and customers.

As part of the Titan Transformation Program, you'll join a team leading Schneider Electric's digital transformation in the North America Market (NAM). Responsabilities

  • Collaborate in an agile environment with business and technical teams to identify data migration requirements and dependencies.
  • Understand and execute data mapping and migration activities in partnership with business and functional analysts.
  • Support data cleanup efforts with business stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with data conversion and data load teams to drive end-to-end migration activities.
  • Assist in developing data quality and readiness checks, and identify solution changes that could impact these checks.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to data extraction, conversion, and load processes.
  • Validate the accuracy of migrated data against expected outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development of lifecycle processes for data management.

COMPENSATION TRANSPARENCY

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is USD $96,000-$144,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric also offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees, inclusive of medical (with member reward points), dental, vision, and basic life insurance, Benefit Bucks (credits to apply towards your benefits) flexible work arrangements, paid family leaves, 401(k) + match, well-being and recognition (including service anniversary) programs, 12 holidays per year, 15 days of paid time off per year (pro-rated in the first year of employment based on start date), opportunity to purchase company stock (eligibility depends on start date), and military leave benefits.

Qualifications

  • Experience in master data management and data governance.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing processes or working in a manufacturing environment applying data governance principles.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with data, data tables, and ETL processes.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in an SAP environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work through complex analytics.
  • Ability to work proactively, collaboratively, and with persistence.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and rigorous in execution.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Intermediate proficiency in SQL.
