Sales Growth Representative – Entry Level

Location: Wrexham (Office-based)

Salary: £22,000 – £25,000 OTE (uncapped commission)

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

We're looking for a Sales Growth Representative to join our expanding team in Wrexham. No previous experience is required — just great communication skills, confidence on the phone, and the drive to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making outbound calls and engaging with potential business clients
  • Building rapport and introducing our products and services
  • Qualifying leads and booking appointments for senior sales staff
  • Working towards achievable targets with full training and support
  • Developing your sales skills and industry knowledge
