Across all of this, our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service that keeps guests returning time and again.

Why join us?

  • We are a supportive, close-knit team who aim to succeed together
  • A luxurious, modern setting and team to be proud of.
  • We are "people people" and support our team members to thrive.
  • The chance to shape and build on an already well-regarded venue into something even more extraordinary.

As our Conference & Events Manager, you'll take the lead in ensuring every event runs flawlessly.

Your role includes:

Seamlessly orchestrating events to the highest standard, from setup to final farewell

  • Building excellent relationships with organisers, ensuring expectations are understood, met and exceeded
  • Recruiting, inspiring and developing a passionate, high-performing events team
  • Planning ahead with precision to guarantee smooth operations
  • Seeking out opportunities to elevate our offering through attentive service and continuous improvement
  • Working closely with our F&B Manager to spot revenue opportunities and enhance the department's performance
  • Collaborating with chefs and event coordinators to ensure perfect delivery every time
  • Delivering impactful training on service, product knowledge, and guest experience
  • Maintaining and updating departmental SOPs
  • Carrying out daily checks on F&B equipment, cleanliness and maintenance
  • Staying up to date with relevant legislation, food hygiene, and health & safety requirements
  • Communicating clearly with your team and management to meet deadlines and deliver excellence

You'll thrive here if you are:

  • A natural self-starter with genuine passion for hospitality
  • Confident, polished and exceptionally well organised
  • Energetic, proactive, and capable of delivering operational excellence
  • Experienced—minimum 2 years in a hotel management or supervisory role
