to lead our well-established, high-performing Chesterfield Training Centre — combining strong team leadership with hands-on delivery of
GCSE and Functional Skills English

What You'll Do
- Lead and inspire: Manage, motivate, and develop a dedicated centre team to achieve outstanding results.
- Teach and support: Deliver engaging GCSE and Functional Skills English sessions to help learners gain essential qualifications.
- Drive performance: Ensure the centre exceeds performance and quality targets.
- Champion student success: Create a positive, inclusive learning environment that supports every learner to thrive.
- Safeguard and uphold values: Promote British Values and ensure learner safety and wellbeing.
- Manage resources: Oversee budgets, compliance, and operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- Proven leadership and people management experience.
- Experience teaching GCSE and Functional Skills English.
- Excellent communication, motivation, and organisational skills.
- A positive, proactive approach with a focus on results.
- Maths and English at Level 2 (or equivalent).
- A management qualification would be an advantage.
