Job Description – Qualitative Field Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Qualitative Field Executive to join our team. This role involves supporting project managers, coordinating project logistics, and ensuring smooth execution of qualitative research projects. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to develop within a collaborative environment.

  • Title: Qualitative Field Executive
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
  • Location: Remote with 1 day in the Central London office every other week
  • Salary: £24,000
  • Holiday Entitlement: 23 days

Key Responsibilities

Project Support & Coordination

  • Assist project managers in maintaining project flow and meeting deadlines.
  • Set up projects and project files under the guidance of project managers.
  • Prepare project documents and attend client briefings, taking detailed notes.
  • Monitor progress of external suppliers during recruitment periods.

Supplier & Client Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external suppliers and recruiters.
  • Book out work and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Oversee supplier performance and provide regular updates.

Quality & Compliance

  • Conduct quality checks, including validations through the internal validation team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Display and promote company values: Together, Proud, Agile.

General Administration

  • Provide day-to-day support to the qualitative department.
  • Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
  • Engage with company training and development opportunities.
  • Bring ideas to generate better efficiencies within the department.
  • Use technology and AI confidently and stay open to new ways of working.

  • Be organised, inquisitive, and efficient in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
