**Who We Are**:
National Research Group (NRG) is a leader in data driven insights and strategic consultation to the global entertainment and technology industries. Working at the confluence of content, culture and technology, NRG offers bold insights for storytellers everywhere on every screen. Our consultants have experience working across all facets of media and technology platforms.

**Why You'll Love It Here**:
We are inspired by working with storytellers that challenge us to think differently and see the world in new ways. As a result, our business is driven by creative, curious, and inventive people who have a passion for pop culture. We work as a collective across disciplines and geographies to bring together the best thinking for every assignment, delivering insights to bold storytellers everywhere.

**The Opportunity**

The Research Executive will assist and support the Senior Director of Research in London with a variety of tasks, related to our international film tracker. The NRG tracker is an online survey that fields weekly in 12 international markets and measures moviegoers' awareness and interest in upcoming film releases. The results of this are used to assist our clients in identifying their main target audiences, highlighting marketplace competition and assessing week on week changes for their key film releases. The weekly cadence, global footprint and client demands require all team members to be comfortable with high paced, detail-oriented quant research. Customer service skills are also critical.

In addition to primary responsibilities with the international tracker, the Research Executive may be asked to work across our full range of products and services so a competence in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies will be an advantage. A basic knowledge of the film industry and interest in entertainment content and gaming is also important.

**The Role**
- Participate in most aspects of the production of the international film tracker, as well as ensuring all processes run smoothly and effectively across 12 international markets.
- Assist in the production of key client deliverables on Mondays and Thursdays.
- Take sole responsibility for the production of 2 markets which would involve creating weekly title lists to be used in the survey, monitoring release date changes and liaising with clients and local contacts on a variety of topics relating to those markets.
- Prepare custom supplemental tracking reports in response to requests from clients including the processing of proprietary tack-ons.
- Check test survey links before survey launch.
- Be involved in the analysis of the weekly tracking data.
- Assist in creating report shells for weekly deliverables.
- Act as point person for tracking inquiries for key clients.

**Who You Are**
- Internally-motivated self-starter who continuously strives to get things done, regardless of challenges encountered.
- Confident, outgoing personality, with strong client facing skills.
- Passion for consumer research and film in general.
- Professional outlook combined with a friendly, personable disposition.
- Superlative attention to detail and quality control.
- Strong quantitative skills and/or good grounding in statistics preferred.
- Tableau knowledge preferred but not essential.
- Some form of global consumer tracking studies experience preferred.
- Social/Digital research experience preferred.

**Position Type**

This is a full-time, exempt position.
