Our specialist orthodontic team is growing, and we're looking for a confident and capable Orthodontic Therapist to join us.

The Role

We're seeking an experienced Orthodontic Therapist to support our orthodontic clinicians with high-quality patient care. You'll be working independently under prescription, delivering a range of orthodontic treatments and ensuring patients receive a brilliant experience every time.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver orthodontic treatment under a specialist orthodontist's prescription
• Fit, adjust and remove orthodontic appliances
• Take impressions, photographs, IPR and scans
• Provide oral health advice and treatment explanations to patients
• Maintain accurate clinical records
• Ensure high standards of cross-infection control and clinical compliance
• Work seamlessly with our support team to uphold an organised and efficient clinic day

About You

• GDC-registered Orthodontic Therapist
• Confident and experienced across a wide range of orthodontic procedures
• Professional, friendly and patient-focused
• Excellent communication skills
• Reliable and comfortable working independently
• Able to uphold Smileworks' standards for clinical quality and patient experience
